Our team works alongside a variety of outside agencies to safeguard, care and support children and young people ensuring their individual and specific needs are met by the team around the child or young person. They are very committed! Our team members are multi-ethnic and from all walks of urban life. They are people with lots of ‘life experience, qualifications and dedication’. They are more than just staff; they are familiar faces offering a listening ear and a helping hand.

The team at DTA Residential are experienced in working with children and young people on various youth issues, challenging behaviour and confidence building and are always there to assist. The staff are friendly, down to earth and experienced so they will provide practical and emotional support and try hard to build positive and trusting relationships with all the children and young people that come through our gate.
